Sustainable with "One Two We"

Caterer SV Group is implementing a special sustainability concept at the University of Basel. The Swiss WWF was involved in the development. An entire catering committee consisting of university representatives, students and SV Group experts is working on the continuation of the concept. All the meat used comes from Switzerland, two-thirds of it from particularly animal-friendly farming. The CO2 balance of the meals is also being improved.
