The 1st International Food Innovation Conference will be held at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI) in Zurich on Tuesday, 29 June 2021. Registration is now open.

When it comes to feeding nine billion people while preserving the natural environment, innovation will be key. Already, start-ups and established companies alike are reinventing the way we eat - from milk to meat. Is cell-based agriculture the future of food?

The GDI's 1st International Food Innovation Conference will introduce you to cutting-edge research, revolutionary new business models and bright minds showcasing the latest food innovations.

The conference can be booked as a livestream with online networking or as an on-site event, subject to regulatory requirements. Livestream registration allows you to register a second person free of charge.
