And where do we go from here? At the fourth Digital Summit Talk "The Road To The Future" on April 8, two top managers will be in conversation with foodservice Europe & Middle East editor Katrin Wissmann: Mario C. Bauer, Shareholder and Brand Ambassador of Vapiano International, and Walter Seib, CEO, HMSHost International.

After a brief review of the past pandemic-ridden months, the foodservice experts will take a more focused look at developments in individual business areas, guided by questions from editor Katrin Wissmann. The focus will be on financial issues and rental challenges, as well as the changes brought about by increasing digitalization and more stringent hygiene requirements.
