From 9 to 13 October, the Anuga will take place in the Cologne exhibition halls. Around 4,000 exhibitors from 94 countries have booked stands. Parallel to the face-to-face event, Anuga@home will be offering its virtual format from 11 to 13 October for all those who shy away from the journey or simply want to save themselves a trip through the halls.

As in 2019, this year's exclusive Power Breakfast talks organised by foodservice Europe & Middle East - sister magazine of foodservice and gv-praxis - will once again attract decision-makers from international hospitality players.

On Saturday, 9 October, Lars Eckart, Managing Director Paulaner Franchise & Consulting, will kick things off. The latest baby of his franchise system with 50 international locations: the "Paulaner Bierhaus" as a small format.

Exciting for the catering business: Sunday (10.10.2021) focuses on contract catering in Europe. The Chief Growth Officer of the Compass Group, Thomas Güther, responsible for growth in 21 countries, reports on the current situation from the perspective of the market leader and provides study results on the "Future of Work". The Power Breakfast will start at 11 a.m. in the Dehoga Lounge in Hall 7 and will be broadcast at Anuga@home one day later. It will be hosted by the editors-in-chief Boris Tomic and Burkart Schmid.
