Brew Dog, which includes Gastronomie, is launching a local prototype series with three limited-edition special bottlings.

Beer drinkers who like to experiment and focus on locally sourced products will get more choices. Whether fruity, tropical, coconutty, smoky, malty or preferring subtle caramel and sponge flavors, the new Brew Dog Berlin prototype series launches with three limited special bottlings: #1, the Ruby Eisbock, #2, a smoked ale, and #3, the Single Hop Sabro Pale Ale.

From now on, there will be a new prototype surprise from Berlin-Mariendorf every month. Here, Brew Dog has been brewing since 2019 in a historic gasworks building dating back to 1901. In addition to the brewery, it also houses the Dog Tap Berlin restaurant with a large beer garden. There, and in the other Brew Dog bars in Germany, the beers of the prototype series will also be available on tap as soon as the restaurant is allowed to reopen.

Exclusively for bars and restaurants

Adrian Klie, CEO Brew Dog Germany, emphasizes: "We produce the prototype series exclusively for our own bars and restaurants as well as for our online shop. The series is, so to speak, the shop window into our brewery. Here, our brewers can really let off steam and surprise beer fans in Germany with a fantastic new brew every month."

In an online tasting with brewmaster Sebastian Feind, live from DogTap Berlin, the first three beers of the series will be presented to all interested parties on April 30, starting at 8 pm.
