Dunkin' with high scores in YouGov's customer loyalty ranking.
The market research institute YouGov has once again compiled a so-called customer loyalty ranking, in which, among other things, branded gastronomy is also examined. The ranking is based on around 900,000 online interviews conducted by YouGov between December 2020 and December 2021.
The current Customer loyalty ranking 2022 reveals the up-and-comers of the year in terms of customer loyalty in a total of 33 designated categories.
