Finally in person: the international industry event and think tank European Foodservice Summit (EFSS) 2021 will take place on October 7 and 8 at the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute in Rüschlikon, Zurich. After a year's forced break, EFSS co-founder and President of the Gottlieb and Adele Duttweiler Foundation Dr. David Bosshart will traditionally kick off the event.
