After a year of digtial Summit Talks, the European Foodservice Summit is coming back as an in-person event in Zurich. The international industry event and think tank will take place on October 7 and 8  at the Gottlieb Dutteweiler Institute in Rüschlikon, Zurich. The slogan of the 22nd Summit: "Back to the Future: Strengthening Up & Striving Forward - Seizing New Opportunities".
