In the coming months The Avocado Show will open 19 new restaurants across Europe. The Dutch concept of the two founders Ron Simpson and Julien Zaal currently has three locations in Amsterdam and one in Brussels. The starting signal for the Europe-wide roll-out together with franchise partners will be given in Madrid in October.

The mono-product concept around the avocado celebrated its premiere in 2017 and, according to its own statements, has a simple mission: to make avocado lovers happy. The first restaurant went viral right from the start - because of the concept, the interior and the food offers. According to the company, only sustainably produced avocados are used for the numerous Signature dishes.
The average receipt is now 22 euros. On average, The Avocado Show counts more than 200 guests per day, depending on the size of the restaurant, weekday and whether there is a sunny day with terrace business.

On partner search in Germany

In the next six months, the first openings are to be celebrated - in addition to Madrid, also in London and Paris. It was also announced this week that The Avocado Show will be launched at Amsterdam's Schipohl Airport in cooperation with HMS Host. However, the exact dates depend on the respective influences of the Corona pandemic. For the 19 locations The Avocado Show is currently working with three partners, with whom area development agreements have been made.

Mono product concept: The Avocado Show

"We are very happy to work with our great partners and see our dream become reality in these wonderful new markets. We look forward to establishing The Avocado Show globally as a socially responsible and profitable business," said founder and CEO Ron Simpson. Simpson is still looking for a suitable franchise partner to enter the German market. The focus in this country is also on large cities.
