The Wiesner Gastronomie AG (FWG) family wants to go even further with the measurement of its CO2 emissions per menu. According to the Swiss company, its measurement also takes into account all factors that contribute to the CO2 footprint. Compensation is made through contributions to sustainable climate projects. Climate neutrality has thus been achieved this year.
