This year's winners of the Hamburg Foodservice Awards are the gastronomy companies Big Mamma from Paris and McDonald's Germany with headquarters in Munich. Ingrid Hartges, General Manager of the industry association Dehoga Bundesverband, receives an honorary award. Since 1983, the Hamburg Foodservice Award has been a coveted industry trophy that honours companies and personalities who have rendered outstanding services to the food service industry.
