The open kitchen in the Brenner Kitchen.
Gastronomer and hotelier Rudi Kull opens a new restaurant in Schwabing with his business partner Albert Weinzierl. The Brenner Kitchen in the former rooms of the Riva Schwabing follows the tradition of the Restaurant Brenner on Maximilianstraße.
In culinary terms, the new concept focuses on a
barbecue-based separating food kitchen, without sauces, pure only with selected olive oil and lemon. Fresh, high-quality basic products are prepared in the
open kitchen on a special Asado Flame Grill in front of the guests.
"Signature dishes" from the Brenner Restaurant, such as the warm grilled vegetable salad and the superfood salad are on the menu, as is a new category with fresh vegetables from the grill. In addition, there are new freestyle sushi creations and vegan Maki rolls.
Brenner Kitchen: New concept by Kull & Weinzierl
Interior design and service
In his
interior design,
architect Albert Weinzierl sensitively relies on the basic substance of the Riva Schwabing and, with lamps by Tobia Scarpa, a redesigned classic chair and a new colour concept, brings a distinctive, casual and cosy "Kull & Weinzierl style" into the room.
The team around
manager and hostess Merle Stevanato and
chef Tim Wagener is trained and educated according to the
Kull & Weinzierl service standards. Friendly, competent and quick the staff will take care of the guests, the makers promise.
The wine list was designed according to taste. Not the vintage or price are listed under the individual headings, but the style of the individual wines. Easy to navigate for guests, clearly arranged in the presentation. Merle Stevanato has placed
special emphasis on natural wines when selecting the individual items. In addition
the Brenner Kitchen offers a home delivery service.
