Lagardère Travel Retail is hiring Benjamin Keuchel as Director of Strategy & Business Development, effective 01 June 2021.
With Benjamin Keuchel (40), Lagardère Travel Retail gains back an expert in the Travel Retail industry. As VP Business Development & Innovation, he was already instrumental in the successful development of the company until September 2018. He will report directly to CEO Jochen Halfmann.
As a strategy consultant, Benjamin Keuchel
initially spent 5 years advising hidden champions and gaining experience in business development after completing his Master's degree, before taking on operational management tasks in chain franchise retailing at Fressnapf.
"With his broad wealth of experience from his other roles as Managing Director of the family-owned bescomedical Medizin- und Rehaprodukte GmbH and most recently as General Manager of truu GmbH
, he has sound know-how in the areas of strategy conception, business development, innovation and expansion management," according to a statement from the company.
