Delivery and burger specialists Burgerme are extending their collaboration with logistics professionals Meyer Quickservice Logistics (QSL). Both companies have agreed to expand the existing business relationship. QSL will continue to supply the Munich-based burger specialists' restaurants with all necessary ingredients and goods, the company announced.

The full-service logistics provider from Friedrichsdorf extends its contract with Burgerme GmbH. "We are pleased to be able to extend our contract with burgerme," says QSL Managing Director Florian Entrich. "Especially at a time when the quick service gastronomy still has to deal with the effects of the pandemic, we see this as a very positive signal for a perspective recovery of the market and growth in the customer relationship."

By closely integrating one-stop-shop distribution with restaurant operations, QSL has been able to play a key role in Burgerme's development over the past few years, the company says. Burgerme now operates around 100 restaurants in over 50 German cities.
QSL, for example, manages the purchase of high-quality beef and regional salads from Germany and handles the nationwide supply of the stores. In addition to the stationary sale of its goods, the customer also relies on a delivery service with its own fleet of vehicles and couriers, most of which are equipped with e-vehicles.
