Under it's motto "Re-Thinking the Food Industry", industry representatives and nutrition experts will jointly seek answers to the questions: What do consumers really want?
Where do the ingredients for tomorrow's food come from? Which products will make it onto supermarket shelves? And what do investors
look out for?
