"When things get too colourful for some politicians and officials, it is just important to show your colours", says Burger King and donates one euro to the Lesbian and Gay Association (LSVD) e.V. with every Whopper sold today from the kick-off of the match between Hungary and Germany.

According to Burger King, there are few companies in Germany that stand for such a diverse workforce and such a broad spectrum of guests. Therefore, the company is committed to ensuring that everyone can be themselves - in line with the claim "Make your King". Diversity is one of the core values and is what makes a company, says a spokesperson.

This attitude has given rise to the company's desire to send a clear signal against homophobia, intolerance and discrimination in the past 24 hours. Therefore, Burger King in Germany supports the Lesbian and Gay Association (LSVD) e.V. with 1 Euro for every Whopper that is sold today from the kick-off of the match between Hungary and Germany.
