Germany's top 100 foodservice companies turned over 7.2 percent more in 2021 than in 2020, with net sales of 11.1 billion euros. Measured against 2019, this still corresponds to a minus of 20 percent. This is the result of the annual ranking of Germany's largest caterers, which is based on the exclusive survey of the trade magazine foodservice (dfv Mediengruppe).
