The German premiere for The Avocado Show is scheduled for the end of April. The all-avocado success concept is to be launched in the Baden-Württemberg State Capital Stuttgart. Under the heading "Pretty Healthy Food," the concept offers dishes based around the healthy power fruit - from pancakes for breakfast and poke bowls for the launch to burgers and cocktails for dinner.

Stuttgart restaurateur and marquee owner Sonja Merz is bringing The Avocado Show to the Swabian metropolis, along with her daughter Katharina Renz, who will take over operations management.

The trendy formula from the pen of Ron Simpson and Julien Zaal started in Amsterdam in 2017. The first restaurant went viral right at the start - due to the concept, the interior and the food offerings. There are now five restaurants in the Netherlands. In addition, The Avocado Show is present in several European metropolises: in Madrid, Brussels (2 units) and London. Another opening is planned in Paris. In the midst of the crisis, The Avocado Show is launching its planned expansion of 19 locations.
About The Avocado Show
The Avocado Show was founded in 2017 by Dutchmen Julien Zaal and Ron Simpson, who want to launch the franchise concept throughout Europe. Right from the start, it was important to Zaal and Simpson to pay particular attention to the sustainability of their project. To this end, all The Avocado Show locations cooperate with the Nature's Pride label, which grows avocados sustainably on socially responsible farms: The producers invest in their communities so that everyone can benefit from the cultivation, the company reports.
