How eco-sustainable is the foodservice industry?

Sustainability is on everyone's lips, but how ecologically sustainable are the players in our industry actually acting? Saving water and energy, reducing CO2 emissions, minimizing waste or packaging - what initiatives do companies focus on and what role do vegan offerings play?

We are looking for answers to these and other questions - from the industry for the industry. The aim is to give an overview of the actual importance of ecological sustainability thinking and acting for restaurants and their suppliers throughout Europe and how this is differentiated within the companies.

We also ask again about the key success parameters for the restaurant industry in the past and in the future.

The survey is in English. Time required: 5-10 minutes.

All participants will be entered into a draw for a free ticket to the European Foodservice Summit (www.efss.ch) and three 2020/21 yearbooks of the out-of-home market (Germany & international).

The results will be presented at the European Foodservice Summit and published in the dfv Hotel- und Gastromedien media.
