Im Rahmen der kompletten Neupositionierung der Arkaden in Berlin soll bis zum Jahr 2022 ein Shopping-Center mit internationalem Highstreet-Flair entstehen, in dem rund 90 Shops und Flagship-Stores bekannter Marken aus den Bereichen Technologie, Sport & Entertainment, Science & Beauty, Mobility & Leisure sowie Gastronomie angesiedelt werden. Der Community-Markt bildet das Herzstück.
