The leading industry meeting point for the international food industry and it is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
Ten trade shows on space spanning 284,000 square metres, numerous trends, innovations and future themes: The stage is set again for Anuga in Cologne from 5th to 9th October 2019.
With 7,405 exhibitors and around 165,000 trade visitors from the industry and out-of-home market, it is the leading industry meeting point for the international food industry and it is celebrating its 100th
anniversary this year.
The Dehoga Food Service Marketplace has also long been seen as since become an institution. Experts will inform the visitors about the trends and latest developments of the industry at the pavilion spanning 600 sq m located at the end of Hall 7.
International series of lectures
In addition to this, for the 5th time in succession the Gastro Power Breakfast is being held on the first three days of the trade fair between 11 am and 12 noon respectively. The international trade magazines, food
service Europe & Middle East (sister magazine to food
service, dfv media group) and Koelnmesse are inviting people to attend an international series of lectures featuring top speakers. Participation is free of charge for Anuga visitors.
